Chef Nitish Devrao Patil

Chef Nitish Devrao Patil is a highly experienced culinary professional with over 19 years of expertise in the hospitality industry. With a strong passion for culinary excellence and education, he has built a remarkable career working with some of the most reputed hospitality brands.

 

He has gained valuable international and luxury hospitality experience through his work with prestigious organizations such as ITC Grand Maratha, Hotel InterContinental, RCCL Cruise Line, and Legabue River Cruise. His exposure to diverse cuisines and global standards has shaped his skills as a versatile and innovative chef.

 

In addition to his industry experience, Chef Nitish has also contributed to the academic field as a Head of Department (HOD) in a Hotel Management Institute, where he mentored and trained aspiring chefs.

 

He holds a Diploma in Food Production from IHM Mumbai and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, combining strong academic knowledge with practical expertise.

 

Currently, he is the Principal of Saffron International Institute of Culinary Arts, where he aims to nurture future culinary professionals by providing quality education, industry-oriented training, and real-world exposure.
